The PSSL was formed in 1992 and the inaugural season had 8 teams. We have since grown to 18 teams. We have 15 owners around the Puget Sound area of Washington state, one owner in eastern Washington, and two owners in New York. We have a very competetive group, and this could be considered an experts league.
